What is Online Booking?

How Online Booking Works (Step by Step) The process is simple from the customer's side: They visit your booking page. This can be on your website, a link you share on social media, or even a button in your Google Business Profile. They see your available time slots. The system shows only the times you're actually free — no double-bookings, no guessing. They pick a service, date, and time. If you offer multiple services (deep clean, regular clean, move-out clean), they select exactly what they need. They fill in their details. Name, address, phone number, any special instructions. They confirm (and optionally pay). Some businesses collect a deposit upfront. Others just confirm the booking. Both sides get a confirmation. The customer gets an email or text. You see the booking appear on your calendar instantly.
