By accessing and using aizance, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
aizance provides a platform for service businesses to manage bookings, customers, payments, and operations. Our services include website building, booking management, payment processing, and business tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.
Your customers can pay you online through Stripe once you have connected a Stripe account from Settings → Payments. The money is paid out to your Stripe account.
aizance may keep a platform fee on each online customer payment. The fee is a percentage of the amount paid, set individually for each business. It is 0% unless agreed otherwise, and your current rate is always shown in Settings → Payments. The fee is withheld automatically at the time of payment and is not charged on payments you collect outside aizance (cash, bank transfer, CESU).
Any change to your rate is announced by email at least 30 days before it takes effect and applies only to payments made after that date. If you do not accept the new rate, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.
As of the date of these terms, Stripe's card processing fees on these payments are paid by aizance and are not deducted from your payouts. If this changes (for example, if Stripe bills your Stripe account directly), we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing period.
aizance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
